Branded estimates from QuickBooks Online

QuickBooks Online does not let you add extra images to an estimate or upload your own template. This puts them back.

What it does

• Reads an estimate from your QuickBooks Online company, with your authorization.
• Renders it onto the template your company has approved, including logos and award badges QuickBooks will not carry.
• Emails the finished PDF, hands you the download, or shows a preview with a send button. Your choice per estimate.

What it does not do

• It does not change anything in your QuickBooks company. It reads.
• It does not keep your accounting data. Estimates are rendered and delivered, not warehoused.
• It does not send anything to a customer without a person choosing to send it.
